Arrival time
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. A plush bathrobe, slippers, locker and key will be available to you.

Cancellation policy
No penalty for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a penalty equal to 50% of the value of your treatments will be charged to your credit card.

All of our massage therapists are accredited by either an Association or Federation.

Receipts for insurance purposes are given upon request.

If you have special requests or specific needs, do not hesitate to inform us when making your reservation.

During your stay at the hotel, you have free access to the exercise room, salt-water pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi and multi-jet showers. Remember to bring your swimsuit.

Two spa lounges are accessible prior, during and after your treatments. Complimentary herbal teas, fresh fruit juices and fresh fruit platter are offered.
