Now considered as one of the best regional resort menu, the Manoir dejeudine offers the best and the finest. (Bellevue salmon, assorted smoked fish, fine terrine and delicatessen, grilled vegetables and international salads, benedictine eggs, omelets, waffles and pastas prepared to suit your tastes.)

Don’t forget our angus prime rib, perfectly roasted Alberta veal leg with Guérande salt, morels grains poultry supreme, homardine salmon square, extra fine green beans, Provence tomatoes, Dauphinois gratin, country refined cheeses, maple butter pancakes and our great variety of desserts, accompanied with a nice, hot coffee.
