What you need to know

All prices indicated do not include taxes and could be subject to change without notice. Gratuities are mandatory for groups.

Arrival time: We ask that you present yourself 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. A bathrobe, slippers and key to a locker will be provided to you.

Cancellation policy: you may cancel you session without penalty if done with a minimum of 24 hours notice before scheduled appointment. All cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointments will incur a penalty of 50% of the value of the scheduled treatment(s) and will be charged to your credit card.

All of our massage therapists are accredited by either an association or federation.

We provide tax receipts upon request.

Should you have any special requests or needs, please make mention upon making your appointment.

If you are pregnant or believe that you may be pregnant, please let us know. Certain treatments are not recommended for you.

During your stay, you have access to the exercise room, pool, Finish sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. Remember to bring your bathing suit.

The Spa lounge is accessible prior, during and after your treatments. Complimentary herbal teas, fresh fruit juices and fresh fruit platter are offered.
