A savory and unforgettable experience!

Our executive Chef Joel Fauque got inspired by the beauty of the Laurentian nature to bring you a colourful and diverse cuisine. While retaining the essence of French cuisine, our chef integrates the full potentiality of the rich and vast land of the Laurentians. He picks only the best from the market gardens of Mirabel farms, small fruits and apples of the lower Laurentians, the renowned Boileau deer farm and piglets from the Gaspor farm.

L'Ambiance restaurant is certified Table aux Saveurs du Terroir and its wine list is recognized SAQ Carte d'Or.

We have three main restaurants, each inspiring for an exquisite evasion. You’ll be able to appreciate the finesse of our menu, served in our three restaurants:

• The classic and refined “Ambiance” section, with a capacity of 52.
  
  
• The interior Terrace section, with a subtle and à la provençale decor. Capacity of 14.
  
  
• And then, our Café section. A warm decor and typical Laurentians atmosphere. A much appreciated place to ease off after a full day of either winter or summer activities.

The fine cuisine of chef Fauqué is offered both à la carte (see menu) and in a four service gourmet table d'hôte.

Finally, for your very special events, our private salon the St Moritz, adjacent to the dining room, can seat up to 50 people while providing you with the discretion and privacy you need. See with our Maitre d’hôtel for a reservation..
