- Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm
- Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm
- Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm

The prices listed on this site do not include taxes and are subject to change without notice.
Tipping is at your discretion.
Arrival time
We ask that you arrive at the spa 30 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can prepare yourself.
Attire
A bathrobe, sandals and a locker key will be given to you upon arrival. Remember to bring a swimsuit if you want to enjoy the pool, hot tubs, sauna or steam bath. And sports equipment if you want to train in our fitness center.
Massage therapy
All massage therapists are members in good standing of an association or federation duly recognized in Quebec. Insurance receipts can be issued for services rendered; make your request upon arrival at the spa.
Relaxation areas
Two lounges are available in the spa. You can take advantage of them between two treatments or after a single treatment. We serve teas, juices and fruit free of charge.
Special requests
Let us know if you have any special requests when booking and we will do our best to satisfy them.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your reservation without charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside of 24 hours, a fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the treatments will be charged to your credit card.
